Directions: From Leesburg, VA, take Rt.7 East approximately 5 miles to Rt.659 Belmont Ridge Road. Turn right onto Belmont Ridge Road and go approximately 5 miles to Tillett’s Auction Barn on left. Or, from Dulles Greenway, take Exit 4 Belmont Ridge Road. Go South on Belmont Ridge Road, toward the water towers to Tillett’s Auction Barn on left.

Starting in 2012, we take in consignments from 4 PM to 8 PM every Thursday at Tillett's Auction Barn in Ashburn, Va.  Please call the auction barn at 703-729-0088 or 540-454-2326 before you drop off your consignments. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all consignments.  Please have all small items boxed up before you arrive.  Due to space limitations, we may have to store items until a later sale.

We also take in consignments from 8 AM until Noon on the day of the auction.

Terms of Auction: Payment by cash, check with I.D., Credit with VISA or MasterCard accepted.  *Credit Statement will show charge from “R Craig Damewood; 13% Buyer’s Premium added on all purchases with a 3% discount for cash or check; Bill Tillett & Craig Damewood, Auctioneers does not issue refunds or exchanges of any kind, for any reason.  All sales are final.  Customers may not return items for any reason, or receive a refund.  Credit Card Customers may not request charge-backs against auctioneers for any reason. Not responsible for accidents; Food served.
